Dude I Hate My Job!!! What Can I Do To Love My Job???

The Harsh Truth We All Need To Face!!!

Dude, I hate my Job! I hate living paycheck to paycheck, I hate that all my hard work never seems to pay off, and I HATE feeling like just another employee at the end of the day.

I wake up on the days I have to work feeling depressed and angry. I never get the recognition that I deserve for all that I do and my time is worth a lot more that $8.50 and hour.

I want to change all this but I feel like I have grown to comfortable with my job to leave. Not to mention I am afraid that if I do quit my job whats gonna happen if i can’t find another.

I don’t have a whole lot of skills so should I find another job I may not be able to live up to what it takes to keep it. So there is really no reason to try and change something outta my control.

Does any of this sound familiar? Well it should, because I can tell you from personal experience “Dude, I hate my job” is all I ever hear from people from all walks of life. The sad truth is that there are a ton of people out there who hate their jobs.

It shouldn’t be this way at all. Your job doesn’t have to be this mundane tragedy infecting  every aspect of you life. There are things that you can do to make you job work for you instead of the other way around.

Tips For Loving Your Job

As if trying to figure out what you really want out of your life isn’t hard enough. Now you have to go about trying to find an awesome job in this crappy economy.

You may not be able to find that awesome job you really want but what ever job you end up with you can make awesome. All you have to do is follow these tips…

  1. Take Control Of Your Destiny- let me give you a perfect example of this. Say you are given the opportunity to take a promotion but you don’t think that the position will be right for you and what you want. Just think about where you see yourself in say 5 years. If that promotion could get you there then it would probably benefit you to take it. However if you truly feel that it is going to steer you in a different direction then take control of you destiny and turn it down. Do what you feel is best and you won’t regret it.
  2. Embrace Change- The truth of the matter is that we live in an ever change world and to truly be successful you have to come to grips with that. Now more than ever you really need to tap into your skills and bring them to peak performance. Ask yourself “What am I god at, How can I make my dreams reality?” Whatever you need to do to prepare for true success for goodness sake DO IT!!! Change waits for no one so if you don’t grab it by the horns your going to get trampled and left behind.
  3. Work Hard But Leave Room For Play- Success really is all about how hard you work your ass off. You have to have a strong work ethic or your going to fall on your face. The amount of work you put into something are the kind of result you going to get out of it. You do need to remember to cut yourself some slack now and then thought. All work and no play is going to make you a very cranky person. Even if you are an overachiever you need to keep in mind that not everything can be perfect. Don’t take everything so seriously, learn to laugh and have fun now then. It will be quite liberating I promise!

I assume many people are doubtful about taking risks, but for those of you who desire to quit that boring job and simply do something you feel passionate about! After reviewing the sites on the net I’d too yet found any negative reviews! (http://www.freebop.info) “Dude I Hate My Job” is an excellent blogging opportunity!
