No relationship is ever going to be perfect, and every relationship is different. These are two ugly truths that need to be faced!
If you continue to live in LaLa Land, where people poop rainbows and everything will turn perfect. You are going to be very disappointed in life. NOTHING is perfect, especially relationships.
There are going to be times when you want to rip your significant others hair out, and smash their face on the kitchen table. This is perfectly normal… Just don’t really do it, cause that would be spousal abuse. I am pretty sure you can go to jail for that, but I suppose some people like jail. Anyway, the ugly truth about relationships is you just have to see what happens.
Here is another ugly truth about relationships… You CANNOT control what your spouse does… PERIOD! The only person in this world that you can control is yourself, everyone else makes their own decisions. If the decision affect you in a negative way, it is 100% your decision to get out of that situation. If you choose to stay… you are signing on for whatever comes next.
All you can do is love and trust the one you are with… If they betray that love and trust, make a decision on what to do when that time comes. Don’t go through your entire relationship ASSUMING that they are going to wrong you. If you know anything about the Law of Attraction… Whatever you focus most of your energy on, is most likely what is going to happen.
Happy thoughts bring positive things, it is that simple. The ugly truth about relationships, you just have to wait and see what will become of it. Don’t compare your relationship to another or a past one of yours, every relationship is different. Don’t try to make everything perfect, allow yourself to be surprised, no relationship is perfect.
Just love and let go of the worry, anger, and fear. Hold on to only positive feelings. Relationships are messy, imperfect, and random. Don’t try to change that… Just accept it! The ugly truth about relationships, relationships can get ugly. There are ones that never do, but if you worry about every little thing… You may turn a good relationship ugly and regret it.
