It’s often hard to feel better after a breakup, I have noticed that many people typically turn to alcohol. Breakup Boozing, as I like to call it. The two now SINGLE people, set off on adventures filled with lost and lots of alcohol content.
They do this in hopes that it will drown those little voices in their head. Drown them son of bitches with beer, wine, and HARD liqueur. Honestly, it really just makes things worse in the end. But at that moment, it is the best idea in the world.
So over the lips, trough the gums, look out tummy here it comes. Livers, I sure hope you are ready. Genitals, prepare for the possibility of some strange new opposite genital companionship. Mouths, there will be slurs and attempts at speaking actual words. Legs and Arms, well your just going to be flimsy. Last but not least… Brains, you get the night off!
If your Breakup Booze rampages are a daily occurrence, take all of what I just said and multiply it by 10! The Breakup Boozing lifestyle can be fun…
But it should only be enjoyed for a short period. Breakup Boozing so that you feel better after a breakup is not necessarily a bad thing. But if it turns you into some sort of an alcoholic, then I would say it was a bad thing.
You can procrastinate the healing process all you want, but eventually you WILL have to face it head on!
Now, I am fully aware that each and every person is going to have a different definition on what a “Short Period” actually is. My definition is a month.
Any Breakup Boozing after that is a little sad. Have your fun, go out and do some crazy drunken acts of insanity. But within a timely manner you should at least come to accept and start to move past your breakup.
Not only that, you will probably at some point need to give your organs a rest and switch to water! In order to really feel better after a breakup, you have to accept, understand, and learn from it. That can’t happen if you are busy sucking down the sauce.
Feel better after a break up by feeling better with yourself. I have a feeling you aren’t going to like yourself very much if your drunk all the time. Eating all that junk food, then throwing it up. Then there are the hangovers, weight gain, and that sluggish feeling.
Just work on you. Go to the Gym. Take up a hobby. Perhaps, get a pet of some kind. Feel better after a breakup WITHOUT Breakup Boozing. Trust me, eventually that will be possible!
Keep your head up… And out of the toilet bowel!
Until Next Time!
Can’t seem to feel better after a breakup? Do you want you ex back? Hope is not lost!
With a little Magic, ANYTHING is possible!
