Introducing The “Technology Effect”

We Start Em Young

Remember when you where a kid and the coolest kid in the school was the one that had the newest electronic in the stores and once you convinced your parents to buy you one there was another newest and coolest thing? It’s a funny thing to see how that changes, the coolest thing I mean, the technology it changes greatly and then that changes other industries in the benefit of that happening. The evolution of technology is great and it can start from many things, TV’s, Phones, music devices, gaming systems, and the computer that we are told that we need  to buy. It’s an effect on us if you think about in and then ya start to wonder is that something that the marketing industry invent it really makes you think. People are then pushed, pulled and divided until their thought of whether the overall effect of this technology rumor on society was good or bad. I think it’s good, though many would disagree. I think few people can truly and honestly believe that technology is altogether bad on us an turns us evil., However If they do, then they’re free to go back to that rock to which is their house ehsere the to which they live.

You see this everywhere these days and the evolution of it truly is a mind opener. You could be just shopping in the sore and hear gossip about technology rumors and what already out or pumping iron at the gym and over hear the conversations of all the people talking to each other. It happens in nice restaurants down to the neighborhood pizza joint and elementary schools to college campuses everywhere. There have also bee a lot of unfortunate events that have occurred where technology was blamed cause it seemed like it was the thing to so they would be able to some what control of  society.

The events

Technology will take the word over

The Universe Will Be Take Over Be Technology

No doubt these events were probably blamed for the events that occured in society just based on the fact that the technological industry was doing very well. The thoughts of being controlled by an inanimate object could have such an  impact on them still just lingered there in the back of peoples minds and this caused some isses so the industry being seen as a week industry and for a moment they were targets to just being blammed for whatever devastating event was going on in society. So what are some examples of this well allow me to show you what you wanna know. Although I think the overall effect of technology is a positive and a forward  guiding occurrence, but its becoming apparent the there could really clearly be dangers, drawback, and negative happening on people. Every new technology manifests some unanticipated and unwanted side effects. This has been used throughout time take the Industrial Revolution that’s a good example, like while they were attempting to reduce manual labor in the long run, had and still has the rather negative and unfortunate consequence, such as pollution, child labor, and sweatshop conditions. None of these are very appealing and the can cause quite the dispute at the drop of a hat.

  • Technology Created Starvation-Also, the Green Revolution if you really wanna star pointing fingers in the 40s, 50s, and 60s, while allowing the increased rate of the  agricultural production in newly developing countries, also while we are at it led to a population explosion in those same countries, all this did was cause more and more starvation. New technologies have this reputation of  usually being required to solve the problems that have been created by older technologies.
  • Technology Used for Good and Evil- Technology, like just about everything else in this world that you can think of, can either be used for the greater good or for the worse of evil. I personally tend to think that certain technologies are specifically designed and created more for good and others are built for more of an evil vibe . For instance, I think few people would argue the fact that electricity has been very  beneficial and evolutionary to mankind. But I do tend to think every once and a while that most weapons have defiantly had an overall negative influence on society, though I’m say that there are those who would disagree with me and take their opinions to the grave.
  • Afraid of New Technologies- People tend to be a tad skeptical at the first sight and thought of new technologies, though once they have had the time to become widely used, the fears subside and everyone accepts the idea and buys in. The novel “Frankenstein”, written by Mary Shelley in 1818, greatly warned of the dangers brought about by the Industrial Revolution. Many science fiction stories have been written an they all have been based on the theme of man versus machine, expressing they great  concerns that are thought  about the dangers of artificial intelligence going awry and turning on us as eventually takink over, though this concern has seemingly subsided since the invention on the laptop.
  • Nuclear Power- Interestingly enough, the public concerns about nuclear power have gone the in the opposite direction. When nuclear power was first brought into development , most people embraced the new technology with wide open arms until they became more aware of the potential hazards that they could cause.

Our Daily Helpers.

The ultimate question now is this, “Is the some how now inevitable occurrence of technology in our world good or is is bad on society,?” and that seem to be a pretty harf question to answer when asked. Technology has become a big part of the majority of the worlds daily routine  and most lives would not be able tho function due to to the growth of dependence to an item for making life somewhat easier.take our lives today most of us have these super smart and fast phones that do all kinds of thongs for us that we don’t even need the go home if er need a computer or we need directions or know where something is located near by us at the time. they make getting answers to questions fast an easy with, just the touch of a finger to us these or our life line, now that we have had the in our live we couldn’t possibly go back to not having them. Our lives have been taken over my the very devices that we use to make what e do easier and use less enery on our part, the control or thoughts, and our bank accounts.
