I know that most women feel as thought you have to but tons of make-up on and spend hours on your hair just to look beautiful and that is simply not true. Not to mention all that make up is expensive and it takes alot of work and energy and to be honest 80% of the reason you spend so much time with the make-up is to impress a guys. Yes some guys like it but most men like natural beauty it shows them the real you. This is relatively good advice, however shampoo and conditioner alone won’t give you the healthy hair you want so badly. For the most luxurious and beautiful hair that you could possibly have you’ll need to step out of the shower, and step right on  into the kitchen.Yeah that right I said the kitchen you heard most of the products you need to make your hair super healthy and beautiful can be found in your refrigerator. so what are they you might ask, well alow me to tell you.

  • Moisturize & Add Shine- Olive oil, Mayonnaise, and Vinegar. The olive oil moisturizes the scalp and is said to make hair grow thick. Mayonnaise adds shine, moisture, and strength. Last but not least the vinegar adds shine by sealing the cuticle of the hair.
  • Build-Up- Baking Soda and Beer. When you want to remove build-up from you hair turn to these things for help. Baking soda mixed with you everyday shampoo in equal amounts will remove the gunk left over from styling products. Beer is also very helpful in order to dry the hair so that the build-up can be removed more easily.
  • Change Hairs Tone- Lemon Juice, Tea, Yogurt, and Ketchup. Mixing up a batch of lemon juice, chamomile tea, and yogurt can lighten you hair although it make take time to reach the color you want as the result are subtle. The red color of ketchup is said to remove green tones caused by chlorine in blond hair.

Diet pills let me just say are not all that good for you hate to break it to you. The ones that are unfortunately not going to do it all on their own they need a little help and that has to come from you. Light exercise is great for the body and it can also do wonders for the mind. There are a lot of different types of exercise, it not all sweaty and hard work, some of it can be fun. There is dance exercise, yoga, pilates among many others that can form to what you want and your comfort.

Balence Your Mind Body & Soul

Personal trainers are also a way to go but that can get expensive on its own unless you find a gym that incorporates it in the monthly plan. If your not all for the exercise that fine but i cannot stress enough how your diet affects everything in your life so just keep that in mind. Healthy food makes for a very healthy you.

So ladies there is a lot of alternatives to being the most beautiful that you can be on the inside and the outside and it doesn’t have to break the bank. Some thing that you need can be found in the simplest and unthought of places. I know when you have low self esteem that you often avoid mirrors however they will show you your progress and can give you a boost as you see that you are reaching your goals. Be confident this is key to looking and feeling your best not just to you but to other people as well. A lot of men find this attribute in women very very sexy. Just do one thing that makes you happy everyday, just one thing for yourself that will make you feel good.
