What we choose do with those moments that we are given can create different outcomes.

You have the choice to embrace them or pass them by.

Some moments should be passed by. We make that decision based on the fact that that particular moment is not good for use mentally, physically, or emotionally.

The moments that deserve to be embraced, enjoyed and shared with those around us are the most important to our growth as human beings.

The moments that just seem to take all the negatives in your life away. They make you realize what a beautiful thing life is and how great it feels to truly enjoy the little pleasure it gives us. Even for a second

Life’s Three Important Goals

Live, Laugh, & Love. Those three words have so much meaning within them. It is our job, as humans, to take advantage of those meanings and use them as much as we can.

Each one of those words is a gateway to all the great happiness this life has to offer. All the positive feeling and emotions that allow us to find the meaning purpose in our lives.

The best things in life are free, so take advantage of them. Bring this thing into your life and allow them to wander freely, bringing you all the good that they can.

Live

There is a HUGE difference between being alive and truly living. The 9-5 day in day out routine that most people have become so accustom to, that just your human suit being alive.

You know what I am talking about. Wake up, eat breakfast, go to work, come home, eat dinner, go to bed. Over and over and over again every single day of your life, that is the life you have.

That is no way to LIVE at all my friend. You need to make the best out of your life. If the 9-5 routine is what you have chosen for you life well then thats your choice.

That the thing you have to keep in mind. EVERYTHING is your choice!!!

Enjoy EveryDay In Your Life

That routine doesn’t have to be droning. Change things up a bit and make your day to day more interesting and fun to live.

From the time you wake up to whenever you fall asleep that night, add some spice to that recipe, give it a zing.

Tips For Living……

  1. Start you day off in the best possible way. Wake up to the radio instead of an annoying beep, have yourself a hearty breakfast full of fruits and fibers, and perhaps change up the way you go to work. Instead of driving, leave a few minutes early and walk to work, really take in the scenery. Ride your bike, carpool with a fellow co-worker and make a new friend to share the work week with. Who knows you might make a great friend for life.
  2. Make a fun time out of being at work. While filing papers make a little song to sing in your head. At your desk, tip tap you feet under it almost as if your dancing with the floor. Go somewhere new and exciting for your breaks, somewhere you have never been, and each day try a new thing on the menu.
  3. End your night the same way you started in. Have a wonderful dinner that tastes good and is good for you as well. Watch a new movie or even a classic to calm down and relax your body from the day. When in bed, read a book that is out of the ordinary. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean or rain storms.

Now that is a 9-5 worth living day in and day out.

Laugh

Think to yourself for a minute, when was the last time you had a good laugh, really think about it. If your answer is anything longer than earlier in the week, or you just can’t for the life of you remember, there is an issue.

Laughing is a natural way of expressing something that just tickled your insides and you have to let it out. Don’t laugh on the inside, it wants to come out, it should come out.

Sigmund Freud himself,  summarized it in his theory, “The Relief Theory,” that laughter releases the tension and “psychic energy.”

This theory is one of the reason why most people as well as scientists, believe that laughter is beneficial for one’s health.

This theory would most defiantly explains why laughter is often used by many as a coping mechanism for when one is upset, angry or sad.

Laughter is contagious, so pass it on and share the health!!!

Tips For Laughing……

  1. If you get the urge to laugh the for goodness sake laugh. Do not keep that bottled up onside and let it just dwindle way into nothing. Let it out and maybe just maybe in the process of brightening your own day, you may very well brighten up someone else too.
  2. Laugh as much as you can. Go out in you life, with friends or by yourself, and fin the fun and the funniest stuff to do that you possible can. Get out there and enjoy all the fun things that life has to offer and have a blast doing it. Try new things, lots of new things.
  3. Share the laughter with those around you. You might be having the best day of your life but you best friend is still at home moping about their recent break-up. Invite them to share in the wealth of you fun filled funny day and help them to get past this bump in their emotional road.

Just go on and laugh your little heart out.

Love

The best possible emotion that you can feel as well as share in this world is love. To love and be loved in return is a truly great feeling that every single person on our planet Earth should enjoy at least once.

Love can be anything from a generic feeling expressed for a cheeseburger that was super tasty. To an intense personal feeling expressed for you wife or husband.

A person can be said to love an object, principle, person, or goal if they value it greatly enough in their life and are deeply committed to it.

Psychologist Robert Sternberg,  formulated a triangular theory of love.

This theory states that love has three main components: intimacy, commitment, and passion.

Intimacy is a form in which two people share their strongest feelings and various details of their personal lives with each other. This is usually shown in friendships and romantic love affairs between two people and sometimes more than two.

Commitment, on the other hand, is the expectation that the relationship is permanent and bound to be a long lasting journey that the partners will share together as one.

Passion, the last and the far most common form of love is sexual attraction and it partner in crime,  passion. Passionate love can be seen and felt in the situation of infatuation as well as a romantic love.

All forms of love are relevant to life, and have great meaning, especially to the person expressing them. Love and relieve love. It truly is the best feeling a person can have.

Tips For Loving……

  1. Never ever never ever let love pass you by. Love is a wonderful miracle of life and a great joy that us humans get the chance to feel and give. With love comes so many good feelings. Yes there are the occasional bad feeling that are a result from love, however you can’t dwell on those. Its better to have loved and lost, than to have never loved at all. Just keep that in mind at all times.
  2. Treat you love with the utmost care. Celebrate you love and your passion whether it be for a person or an idea, a goal or an object, care for it and bring it to life to the best pf your abilities. Never let the fire die for your love and passion, let is be the drive you use everyday.
  3. Give love back whenever you can. If we all cared a little bit more in this world and shared the love when we could, things would be a least a tiny bit better. Give some of you love to the rest of the world so that they may feel it and grow from it as well.

Love everything like its the last thing you’ll see. Love everyone like they are they last you will talk to.
