Last Minute Christmas Shopping…

Last Minute Christmas Shopping Is The Way To Shop!!!

Is last minute christmas shopping that much more productive than early christmas shopping? Usually with last minute christmas shopping, there tends to be less of what you want left in the stores.

However, even with that fact, there are more and more people every year going out shopping for christmas presents last minute. I really do not understand the thought process behind last minute christmas shopping.

Think about it, and I mean really think about it, don’t just roll your eyes at your computer screen. If every one and there mother goes last minute christmas shopping, the stores are going to be packed.

I mean, you may even have to fight over that thing you wanna get what’s his name, it is the last one on the shelf, and some lady already has her hands on it. It may just be me, but fighting over things in a store because you decided to do some last minute shopping, could be prevented.

There are many many days to christmas shop, but no, everyone wants to go out and fight with the traffic, the finding of a parking spot, and all the vicious present hunger store goers. Honestly people, why go through all that stress, it isn’t required in the present buying handbook that you go last minute.

I am sure that little Molly is going to love the doll you got her, even though your all but broke the arm of some kids grandma to get it for her. Oh, lets just forget about the fact the Target now has a restraining order on you, all that matters is that you got the last blender on the shelf. Even the mall has your picture up in the security booth, because verbally assaulting a cashier for not ringing up the “Holiday” price.

It is because of last minute shoppers, we have christmas cards with unhappy yet cheerful greetings. Yeah, I know that makes no sense, but it is a reality. Cards that say things like, “Happy Holidays, from an over worked and unappreciated mom!” While doing my own personal, EARLY, christmas shopping, I came across a card that I fell the need to share with all of you. It is actually the real reason for this post, I found it to be the perfect last minute shopper card. It reads…

“so anyway, I am standing in line to buy you a freaking christmas card and the line is like seventeen billion people long cause everybody and their stupid brother decided today was the best day in the history of the world to do their christmas shopping, and all the dumb teenage boy at the register is thinking about is the dumb teenage girl at the other register, and some dumb lady is turning her purse inside out to come up with “Exact Change” like she is going to win some kind of “Exact Change Trophy” or something and some other dumb idiot starts up with his, “This item has a special holiday price right?” crap and I just really hope that you like this card… CAUSE I STOLE IT!!!”

What a great christmas card. I found it to be truly golden, it is full of anger, sarcasm, and theft. All the things that last minute christmas shopping can cause. I do not know if I should tell you to be a part of the cure and do your christmas shopping early. Or if you should continue to do last minute christmas shopping, so that more hilarious christmas cards are made.

Cause I don’t know about you, but I almost wet my pants in the store I was laughing so hard. You can just visualize and irritated 20 something guy with 3 items, standing behind a line of people with 47 item each. Why 47 you may ask, I dunno it just felt like the right number to type. I hope that you share this post with fellow friends and family. If not for all the babbling I have done, do it so they can read the card quote.

I would like to wish all you last minute shoppers goo luck. it is pretty crazy in the stores and even crazier trying to find a parking space so you can go to the stores. I suggest finding a shopping center that has all the store you will need in it, find a parking spot, and just walk store to store. If you don’t want to take my word for it, i hope that you enjoy driving around in circles, and getting stuck in traffic.

Happy Holidays To All
