I never do the cliche, or what’s expected, so… that’s why I call this singles awareness day. I like to surprise people, or make creative plans — regardless of it being a “holiday” – I think all holidays are sponsored by an industry — Thanksgiving: Turkey. Halloween: Candy. Passover: Cardboard.

Good luck getting your message heard over the millions of dollars in advertising revenues that diamond and jewelry companies are spending.

Hiya, I really liked this article. I believe that there are so many people out there who do listen to their egos, and I think maybe sometimes it can be confused it with confidence or self esteem and end up causing more harm rather than good. Only thing is karma will be back to bite them on the ass. I’ve shared this page on my facebook page I hope that’s ok. Well, lets see here. This is MY blog so MY opinion on things is bound to come out. Actually, it almost always does. No one has to care about my opinion, agree with my opinion, or even read my blog for that matter. Yet, I get anywhere from 600-1000 views per day. So I must be doing something people care about. But hey Thanks for your comment.

Oh gosh I cannot tell you how bad this hurt when it happened to me. I’m better now (and have been single for a long time, if I may add)but my gosh I just realized all my friends have ended their relationships in January. Hope this pattern doesn’t affect me… O.o
